Who is John Galt? Not so fast. You didn't think it would be that easy did you? What type of vinyl material do you use for your decals? Our vinyl is high-gloss (with the exception of metallic silver and metallic gold) premium grade vinyl. It is rated for seven years of outdoor use, with much more indoors! What color background do your decals have? Our decals are computer cut out of colored vinyl, not ink printed. This guarantees that the edges are smooth and the color will not fade (like ink). This also means that when you see an image for sale, your decal will only consist of the image itself. There is NO BACKGROUND! In the area around the image, the "background" will be whatever surface you have applied the decal to. How long should it take to ship my order? We normally ship all non-custom orders within 3 days of your order. Many times it will be shipped the same day. We are located in Orlando, Florida and actual shipping time will depend on your location. You may request priority mail shipment at checkout for an extra charge. What are your shipping charges? We use USPS shipping. Our site will total the weight of your order and USPS will determine the actual shipping cost to your delivery address. You may have the choice of several shipping methods, varying in cost and speed. What do I do if I need a different size/color item than is offered on your site? Most of our clothing and decals are available in several sizes and colors. For your convenience, you can often customize your item by changing the size and/or color before you purchase it. For colors or sizes that you do not see here, email us for a price quote. What forms of payment do you accept?
